Juan Carlos Hernandez is the restaurant's chef and did a spectacular job on our new favorite - an Arrachera sandwich served with Matilda French fries with Parmesan cheese. It's on a crunchy baguette with flawlessly cooked Arrachera, mustard, caramelized onions and fried leeks. It's now our favorite sandwich.
